In 2026, 98 children and 17 parents — 115 people in all — were freed from generational debt bondage at three brick kilns, after a seven-month effort that very nearly collapsed two days before it was supposed to happen.

We drilled a fresh water well with a solar-powered pump to change that, and we're now working on hand-pump wells at other sites.
